Daryl & Glenda are so honest. I am not only a senior lady but not at all mechanical minded. Took my old Buick Rendevous ( which i love & never want to drive anything else,,) to them yesterday, i was so afraid the work would have to wait til i get my pension at the end of the month but no, I had enough to have the work done. I stand behind National Transmission work any time. I highly recommend them. Their price is very reasonable for the work they had to accomplish to fix the 5 speed manual transmission on my 1983 Nissan SunRaider RV. Not an easy task on such an old vehicle. National Transmission succeeded in putting me back on the road and i finished the remaining 4000km of my tour across the country with a very smooth refurbished transmission. I am not only grateful for their expertise and efficiency and efficacity and reliability but i am also grateful for their human touch and kindness and their efforts to do the utmost to help as you can imagine how stressful it could have been for me suddenly with a broken transmission so far away from home.

Unexpectedly lost our transmission on our way to Calgary from Ontario. They took us in right away and had the truck in the shop within an hour of dropping it off. They went above and beyond to ensure our warranty covered a portion of the cost. Very nice people (and dog), would definitely recommend!

I went in very confused as my van has been throwing various codes over the last year, most of them transmission codes.But only when it rains, LOL Darrell went above and beyond in researching what the potential problem might be. He deserves a Guardian Angel of the Month award, not joking! So inspiring to experience real old fashioned customer service in these times, and very rare. He has 100% of my vote for being an authentic, caring, person with "real" reasonable thoughts in a apathetic scattered world.
