Had these guys change the transmission fluid in my Ram 1500. Unlike some shops I talked too, these guys were knowledgeable about the requirements for the 8 speed transmission. They were quick and also a better price than the other shops I checked.

I was skeptical so I took it to NT on Macleod Trail. They confirmed it wasn’t the front end differential and that it was just uneven wear (cupping) on the one tire. They saved me $3K and diagnosed the actual issue.
Dan got my daughters Escape in quickly, and they accurately diagnosed a shifting issue we assumed to be a failing transmission as a faulty input sensor which they repaired the same day for a reasonable price! Very happy and appreciate the great service!

Had car towed to Calgary, National Transmission Macleod Trail SW after talking to Troy (service writer) who sounded honest and helpful on the phone. We arrived there 15 min before closing. Troy mentioned that he had a location for a used transmission and would just have to check the numbers to make sure they would match. Troy said they would look at the car first thing next morning. There was a Comfort Inn just beside National Transmission which worked out perfect ( By the way. Comfort Inn has an excellent breakfast included for a nights stay) My wife and I decided to go for a walk around 9:00 am the next morning and coincidently we noticed a Fiat exactly like ours. As it went past I noticed the plate and it was our car. Wow was that quick. We walked to National and talked to Troy and the tech. They found that the right CV axle came out of place. They inspected the car to make sure every thing was ok for travel. In the end I gotta say that Troy and his tech are very honest and great to talk to. The cost was, honestly, way less than I expected. What great service and a great place. Tim Sands

After taking my classic truck to another place that claimed they "fixed" the shifting issue, National was able to actually fix it and haven't had an issue since.
