My car failed on me on the road had my car towed to this shop they looked at it and had it fixed all within the 12 hours it was there even after the expressed they were busy great people the phone convo was great and they were polite and listened to what I had to say 100% recommend these guys!

I brought my car in for work on the PTU. Dan and Matthew were amazing in answering all of my questions, showing me what had been done and even took the time to take pictures so I could show my husband. They were recommended to me by my mechanic and I would recommend them to anyone else.

My son's transmission died last year, and we had it replaced here. The service was professional, and they brought me into the back to show me the old one and explain the job. This year it sounded like the transmission had died again, so we brought the car back. Arash took a look and informed me it was actually the passenger side axle, and the transmission was still fine. They were able to replace the axle the same day, and for a reasonable price. Very pleased with the service and both Arash and Neil are a pleasure to deal with.

The level of professionalism and customer service at national transmission NE will make it extremely difficult to go to any other shops. They got the job done earlier than expected at a great price, super nice guys to talk to, Arash and Jeff explained all the issues with my truck aswell as showing me the old parts and why they had to be switched. Driving the truck with the new clutch feels like driving a brand new vehicle!

I was driving home when I started to have an emergency in my car. I made it to Brock’s shop. I thought I damaged the transmission mount. Turns out that the problem was that Canadian tire on 36th street NE on February 1. Put on a set of tires on my 300 and forgot to tighten the lug nuts. They were little better then Finger tight. Brock checked each tire , all four were loose he tighten the lug nuts . He did this at no charge. What a great group of guys. Also I’m going to get more work done. But just amazing service , straight in , . He told me to go back to Canadian tire and they replaced 3 lug nuts that came off.
