Neil and Rash were very professional, took me back and showed me what was wrong internally (having a mechanical background). Had the truck for about a week and a half, and broke down, thankfully, their warranty covered everything and i understood, internally something else could have happened. Only hiccup was having to pay a couple of tow trucks as their yard is small and couldn’t take the vehicle right away. But no hidden fees or surprises at the end. So far truck is running great!

We were referred here (this specific National location, rather than the other two) by another shop, because we needed repairs on the rear diff of our large SUV. Dan and his team discovered the repairs were needed due to faulty work from a different mechanic (who had replaced the rear Pinion seal). They cooperated with the shop that warrantied the work, which resulted in less business for National. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to work with another shop to provide better service for me.

Les and karen here called first thing Monday am explaining how we were camping and my Dodge Ram had a transmission acting up and could they look at it that day. Glenda said they would squeeze us in We arrived and the owners are there and they run the place. They were extremely nice and helpful. They got the truck in and diagnosed and back on the road by noon. The mechanics are very efficient and professional. They explained what had to be done. They had the opportunity to gouge some out of town stuck travellers and didn’t. We appreciated how genuine they were We’d like to have a shop like this in Saskatoon. We generally don’t leave reviews but we were quite impressed The “guard dog “ is a good distraction while waiting

We were so lucky to come across this shop. On our way through town on a road trip, our transmission gave out and the people from National Transmission went above and beyond. They went the extra mile to look for the part we needed (personally went to pick it up), and advocated for us to be able to get back on the road in good timing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a reliable and hard working team that you can fully trust.
