I waited too long to deal with a leaking seal on my front axle and needed to replace the PTU in a 2008 Edge. They also replaced a stabilizer link at same time. They did a great job and my vehicle was returned in the same condition I left it - except it runs much better now! Thanks Troy and the team.

The TurboHydro 400 in my van went out and after reading the good reviews on Google, I decided to take it to National and I am glad I did. Daryl and Glenda took good care of me and went through the transmission and even some other systems, all in the interest of helping me to get a better vehicle. Because of the good experience, I also had them service the differential on an older vehicle of mine last week. I was initially quoted a price based on the work I wanted done of about $200, but after I had it towed in they came back with a price that was 4.5 times higher than the original - in around $900. I reluctantly agreed to pay it because I wanted it done and had paid cash to tow the car in (and home too obviously so I had cost involved), but have had several automotive people tell me that I was taken for a good ride on the cost of this one with 6 plus hours of labor to change a pinion seal and a couple of axel seals. Bottom line get anything in writing and get a second opinion. I probably would not have brought the car in had I known the price would be that high and shopped around for other options. No complaints about the quality of the work though, at least at this point.

I got a call everyday giving update which is really appreciated. The car was ready earlier than planned and drives better than it ever has. Dont waste your time looking for another shop. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Was driving from Vancouver to Toronto and had my alternator break just outside of town. The next morning I called 20 minutes before their 8am open and was told to come right in. They diagnosed the problem, picked up the part somewhere else in town and had be back on the road by 930am. These guys are the exact reason you should always support good local people! Plus they have the friendliest pup around.

The truck is older with more sentimental value than resale. Troy came highly recommended by a trusted mechanic and I am thankful for his help. Cost was very reasonable and turnaround time was fast.
