Brock and his team at National Transmission are truly the best! I brought my 2013 Ford Escape in after the winter having no idea what this terrible noise was. His team carefully inspected and diagnosed the issue.Yes, the cost to fix the problem was higher than I anticipated, but it was significantly lower than other shops and I knew I could trust the team at National Transmission. When I picked up the car, Brock asked that I bring it in again after driving it for a week to give it a quick check-up. I was in to National Transmission to have my transmission serviced. I don't know much about cars, but I was referred by another local shop. I asked so many questions, and was so worried about price, Everywhere else I called didn't have the time of day for a woman with so many questions.
