I approached this location for a transmission flush for my 2011 Ford Fiesta. When I described the issues the tech advised that there was an extended recall for this vehicle for the issues that I was describing. I appreciate that I was directed to the dealer for an issue that could be fixed at no charge. This exceeded my expectation of honesty and integrity. I contacted the dealer and my vehicle is scheduled for a possible recall repair at no charge. Thank you National Transmission!

Called regarding noise coming from my vehicle. They came and towed my car same day, ran diagnostics and wound up replacing my transfer box. I didnt expect such fast and efficient service. I had my car back within 2 days! I was literally in office to get a rental and got the call it was complete! I enjoyed beibg walked through their process and the issues my car had. I first contacted National to find out if they could fix my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. I was having issues with the reverse gear. In the end, the team at National overhauled the transmission and replaced the reverse gear along with a few other components. It is a busy shop, but there is a reason for that: great customer service! Jeep is running well. Thanks again Gents!

After a huge blizzard struck Calgary on Tuesday and my reverse gear decided to clog up with ice and slush I called around to several places before getting referred to these guys and boy did I ever luck out; in and out within 24 hours, all problems solved by the mechanics and Troy called me back early.
