We had a broken transmission in our motorhome and were without much hope to be able to afford the repair. Then we landed at National Transmission at this guys did a fantastic job. They worked hard to get us back on the road on time and they stayed in the budget we discussed. Moreover we could park on their ground til the repairment which helped us quite a lot.We were set up with electricity and water and that was so much more then we could expect. I just arrived into town from BC when my transmission died. National Transmission went above and beyond to get my van get back on the road as soon as possible, knowing that I had to be back at work. On top of great service & expertise, this shop is all about integrity. My car went in last week with what we thought was a beyond repair transmission. Turned out not to be the case, instead all it needed was the lug-nuts tightened on a loose wheel. Whew! They could've easily changed out my transmission & charged me the $4k+ it would've cost me & I would've been non-the-wiser, but they didn't. Instead they did what needed doing to get me on my way safely and nothing more. If I ever do need transmission work, this is the ONLY place I'll take my car. To err is human, Mistakes happen, to everyone no matter how much experience you have. your kid keeping you up at night, troubles with the girl, ect. can all contribute to the absence of mind that it takes to have mistakes... but hey! they happen. It's what you do when a mistake of yours is brought to attention that really defines who you are... Because, of course, NOBODy wants to go to a shop where the mechanics are disingenuous. With that being said, I think I can safely say that these guys are trustworthy people, the guy that I dealt with the other day after bringing up an issue with some of the work done on my truck. IMMEDIATELY started making phone calls to remedy the situation as quickly and painlessly as possible for me. It's sad to say but most people wouldn't even admit that they made a mistake let alone offer to have the truck brought all the way there just to put on a few bolts! It's just so good to see that there are still some good people out there doing quality work. Thank again National Transmission!

I was having an issue with my 2006 Dakota, I figured my transmission was soon to need replacing. Brought it here because it is a trusted mechanic my company uses for all their fleet vehicles. Troy was honest and up front about the problem my truck was having and fixed it quickly. I have no idea how these things work, so he could have sold me a new transmission, instead he found the source of the problem and replaced a faulty sensor. I highly recommend national transmission, and know if i'm having any issues in the future, that's the place I'm bringing my vehicle.
