I was having shift problems on my 2006 GMC truck. I thought for sure I would need major work or maybe a rebuild. I brought it to National to let them diagnose it. I left the truck there in the morning and got a call from Troy in the afternoon with GOOD news! A rebuild was NOT needed. It was just a faulty shift solenoid! Got the truck back the next day and it is perfect now. The price was less than what I was expecting too. Very pleased!

Had some work done on my 96' Ford Ranger while I was staying in Calgary on my travels on the west coast. Drove up from San Jose, California and put a lot of miles on my truck over the years. The trip up made me worried about my transmission, and my clutch, since it is a manual transmission, because I had purchased my truck used and had no history of the maintenance work done on it. I brought my truck in to have it looked and Bruce, one of the guys at the shop, assured me he would give it a thorough inspection and get back to me about his diagnosis. He was very kind and informative on the problems that he found and explained to me the wear and tear that the transmission and clutch have and what my options were to prevent any future problems. He completely went through my transmission and installed a new clutch, since mine was on the way out from all the grinding of the gears over the years from the wear and tear. A few days later and my truck was ready for pick up! I could not have been happier with the work he did, the atmosphere of the shop, the communication and information provided to me on future maintenance. Truck runs like new now and gave me no trouble on my way back down to California! I highly recommend taking your vehicles in to National! Great people and a great shop! Thanks again Bruce!

Great service and friendly staff. Needed my transmission fixed while I was in school and they really helped me out with a fair price and really quick service, kept me updated the whole time about when it would be done and what they will be charging, no surprises at the end which was nice!

5 stars from start to finish Arash, Neil and there team went above and beyond they have a dedicated team of techs that provided top notch service the entire time. National took the time to deal with a 3rd party warrenty on my vehicle and made sure i was covered every step of the way. During which they made sure to have my vehicle back on the road with little to no down time. Thanks Gents!

Best shop in town. The dealer replaced my clutch with a heavy duty system that caused hard shifting and chattering problems. Arash had his techs replace/adjust what they could but it still wasn't perfect. They ended up replacing the clutch with a proper one and the truck shifts like new again. They gave me a very fair price to do the work and went out of their way to get me on the road the next day.
