Great service and friendly staff. Needed my transmission fixed while I was in school and they really helped me out with a fair price and really quick service, kept me updated the whole time about when it would be done and what they will be charging, no surprises at the end which was nice!

5 stars from start to finish Arash, Neil and there team went above and beyond they have a dedicated team of techs that provided top notch service the entire time. National took the time to deal with a 3rd party warrenty on my vehicle and made sure i was covered every step of the way. During which they made sure to have my vehicle back on the road with little to no down time. Thanks Gents!

Best shop in town. The dealer replaced my clutch with a heavy duty system that caused hard shifting and chattering problems. Arash had his techs replace/adjust what they could but it still wasn't perfect. They ended up replacing the clutch with a proper one and the truck shifts like new again. They gave me a very fair price to do the work and went out of their way to get me on the road the next day.

Neil is absolutely amazing. Never met him, explained my situation over the phone. Within an hour he went and got my SUV back from a dealership trying to scam us on a second transmission. Time and time again he had been so honest and fixes the SUV at a great rate and quickly. I would never take our vehicle anywhere else. Just had them do exhaust work. Even if it’s not your transmission go see these boys- they will do right by you.

I don't leave a lot of these but National's customer service warrants the 5 stars. From the get-go the staff was friendly, communicative, accommodating, honest, and committed to getting my car back to me as soon as possible. Knowing nothing about how cars work, it is always stressful to walk into these places, but National eased my mind instantly and got my car back to working order. These guys do business as it should be done.

National rebuilt the transmission for a restoration project my family is working on. There are two things that stood out to me through our experience with National. 1. Quality These guys know exactly what they are doing. There is not a single criticism I can possibly think of for the work they performed. Right down to the paint, everything was perfect. 2. Customer Service I would say that for me, quality workmanship is the baseline for any business. National rises above with the way they treat their customer. Many business pay lip service to this concept but National walks it out. I will absolutely use them again and I can't think of a single reason I would ever use a different transmission shop from here on out. Thank you guys so much, we cant wait to get our project out on the road in summer, wouldn't be possible without Brock and his team, thank you!

I had went to see Arash after talking with him on the phone for a second opinion on my previous inspection that was done and they said to just sell the vehicle and cut my losses, they didn't even want to fix anything. I felt like the things they were saying were not accurate so that is why I phoned National. He said to come down at no cost to take another look. He came to the conclusion that almost everything that the previous place said was false. I was speechless and disappointed. He actually physically took me through everything on the list they had given me to show we what he thought they were talking about and how that was false or over exaggerated :( In the end I decided to sell the vehicle and not get it fixed but I still really appreciated all the time Arash took to educate me and show me exactly what he was saying,
