Pricy but thorough
I had a great service experience when I brought my RV here. The staff communicated well and completed the work in a timely manner. Later, when issues occurred with the repaired transmission, they corrected the issue, no charge and no hassle. I would definitely get transmission work done here again.

I left the truck there in the morning and got a call from Troy in the afternoon with GOOD news! A rebuild was NOT needed. It was just a faulty shift solenoid! Got the truck back the next day and it is perfect now. The price was less than what I was expecting too. Very pleased!
Have had lots of work done here, great service, very knowledgeable and they stand by their work big time. Great all around shop and always money well spent.

Drove up from San Jose, California and put a lot of miles on my truck over the years. The trip up made me worried about my transmission, and my clutch, since it is a manual transmission, because I had purchased my truck used and had no history of the maintenance work done on it. I brought my truck in to have it looked and Bruce, one of the guys at the shop, assured me he would give it a thorough inspection and get back to me about his diagnosis. He was very kind and informative on the problems that he found and explained to me the wear and tear that the transmission and clutch have and what my options were to prevent any future problems. He completely went through my transmission and installed a new clutch, since mine was on the way out from all the grinding of the gears over the years from the wear and tear. A few days later and my truck was ready for pick up! I could not have been happier with the work he did, the atmosphere of the shop, the communication and information provided to me on future maintenance. Truck runs like new now and gave me no trouble on my way back down to California! I highly recommend taking your vehicles in to National! Great people and a great shop! Thanks again Bruce!
