These guys are a great bunch to work with. My son who bought a car he should not have in the first place, has now the need to rebuild a transmission that was rebuilt in BC by a scammer on a neon SRT. That said, these folks are allowing my son to supply parts we found that on a NEON SRT are like Hens teeth and xpensive. They also have been patient with us/him as those same parts take some time to get and while I feel bad for tying up a revenue bay for that time, they seem to be ok with that and are working with my son to the best they can and are a top notch group. Take your vehicle here, honest, sincere and just want to help

Jared and Mike are very .good at what they do. Jared is a great guy and he takes things to heart. The guys go the extra mile for their customers. I can't think of any other business that treat people the way Jared and Karen do. Two thumbs up from this guy. (If I had 4 thumbs they would get 4 thumbs up)

A couple of months ago my clutch blew and getting it towed here was the best decision I could have made. The staff was extremely friendly and offered me a ride to school and even bought me coffee to try and cheer me up. They were very honest and called me every couple of hours to update me on what they were doing. Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic and I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously. The best.

See you in 6 months for regular transmission inspections and transmission fluid changes! Keep your maintenance on your vehicles up people!! That was my downfall and my own fault.

I have a 1978 Ford F100 2 wheel drive pickup truck with a C4 transmission, which I took into National Transmission's NW Calgary shop (run by Brock Allaire) in June 2024. The task was 10,000 mile preventive maintenance. I received good service at a reasonable price. I had to make an appointment several days in advance, but the truck was into the shop and out in 2 hours once appointment day rolled around. Note: by "preventive maintenance" I mean fluid replacement; sump screen cleaning; checking the bands to see whether they needed adjustment; and re-setting the forward band. This latter operation entailed tightening the band adjustment screw and backing it out the necessary number of turns.

The guys at National transmission in the north east are really honest and experienced. I took my truck in there today. They diagnosed a bad engine miss insted of a transmission issue. The recommended another place that could help and we're very friendly. The only payment they wanted was that I'd bring my vehicle to them for any future transmission problems, which I will for sure

My experience with national transmission was great. I felt Arash went above and beyond for me, unfortunately the issue is not fixed but that has nothing to do with them, as now my Nissan Juke has to go to the dealership, but I would recommend these hard working guys to fix your vehicles, if there is any issues in the future I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle back to them.
