Just had my Denali in to have the transmission repaired and built up a bit. We discussed build and budget before any work was done. Brock kept me 100% informed of what was going on step by step. I got to see all of the new parts prior to installation, and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I got exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended.

It is rare in this day and age and economy that you encounter a business that is truly about informing, educating and supplying their clients with everything they need to make informed decisions and then supporting their clients they best way they can. My story is not extraordinary, but the service I received from Neil and Arash at National Transmission was just that - Extra Ordinary! I am a single parent who was having serious transmission issues so I parked it for over a year. Finally, I was able to save up some money $ 750 (thinking that I had a sufficient amount) to get my vehicle looked at. In June 2015 went over to National Transmission off Barlow and met with Arash. After the diagnostic and assessment was complete I was called in and Arash let me know that I needed a brand new transmission (YIKES) to the tune of around $ 3700+ . Right away I thanked him for his work so far, but I let him know that there is no way I could afford to pay for this in one payment (let alone 2 or even 3 payments). I just figured I would just take my car home, park it again and figure out what I would do next. Arash kindly told me that he in good conscious and business practice could not let me drive away in my vehicle in that state and they would work with me the best they could to repair my vehicle and make some reasonable payments. I was so relieved and in a state of disbelief that they were willing to work with me ..... through out the next week I was in constant communication with Arash about the status of my vehicle, repairs and cost. Again very clear and concise about what they were doing and why. When the repairs where complete and I went in to pick up my vehicle this is where the real MAGIC happened. We were able to come to a mutual agreement for payment over the next 4 months ( June - September), while I kept my vehicle and got the blessing of going into the shop monthly to meet with my friends, have great conversation and pay my dues. The Gentlemen at National Transmission are the real deal, I am blessed to have chosen this shop for my repairs, because I can almost guarantee had I gone anywhere else, I would have been turned away at the door. So again a Special Thank you to Neil and Arash and the National Transmission crew, I was treated with the up most respect and given a chance and that feeling far surpasses how smooth my vehicle rides now thanks to these guys. Best service in town hands down. I own 3 high end vehicles and Brock and his team are the only ones who I trust to touch them. From regular maintenance to transmission and drivetrain issues, I've always received the royal treatment - on time, on budget, no hassel and no B.S. I have had countless issues with the dealerships in Calgary and Edmonton. It's nice to see there's still a shop who believes in good old fashion customer service while providing value for the dollar.
