Came in looking to get a new clutch assembly put into my 1995 Toyota Tercel, my car was only in for a day and drives like new! While it was in they noticed a small oil leak when they had my engine apart and were able to seal it up for me. They also discovered my CV Axle shafts were so loose I was in danger of loosing tires on the road. Because it was unforeseen work they helped me out with the costs of things a little bit. They kept me up to date on everything going on with my car through the whole process. My car also needed a new timing belt, and since it wasn't their specialty they found me a shop close by to help me out with that. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was really satisfied with the service. I brought my truck in for some axle seals and diagnosis of a subtle noise in the drivetrain. They figured out the source of the noise which was thankfully only a wheel bearing. Another shop told me I would be looking at major differential work. They are professionals because they diagnosed the problem as opposed to tossing a crap-ton of parts at the problem. Troy kept in close communication about the nature of the problem, was on time in his assessment of when my truck would be ready, and was spot on with his quote. I would not hesitate to return in the future!

I Have to mention that Brock Allaire and his team offered outstanding service. Brock test drove my car before and after. Brock called and updated me as to the status of the repair. He wants to follow up in a week to see if I am still satisfied. His shop offers a friendly atmosphere. I was not overcharged. I would recommend National Transmission on 14st N.W. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I brought my older ford pick-up in after it wouldn't shift into gear one morning. I knew there was something wrong with the clutch but I wasn't sure exactly what it was. I got it towed to their shop that morning, and Troy called me at 2 o'clock that day with a diagnosis and quote. By 2 o'clock the next day it was ready to pick up. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at National Transmission. I had brought my BMW to the dealership, who told me that I needed a new transmission and that this would cost me $7300. Wanting a second opinion, I take my car to Brock. He determined that it was a computer/sensor issue, not a transmission problem. He explained the problem to me in detail. Following up with BMW, I took it up to the Shop Foreman, who later admitted that they were wrong. Brock went above and beyond to recommend a better place to take my BMW to get this issue fixed and even set up an appointment. THANKS BROCK!

Was very impressed with the service. Don't know about these people complaining on here, seems more like they were expecting unrealistic time frames. Really, 2 hours? I doubt anybody would tell them that they could drop it off and have it looked at and diagnosed in that time frame. My vehicle was looked at the day after I dropped it off and ready to go the day after that. They kept me up to date with every and the price was very reasonable. I will be calling them again in the future for another transmission issue.
